Sales Executive

Job Description

BIRD is an AI powered Business Intelligence product that provides insights on all types of structured, unstructured and real-stream data. With in-built ML models and natural language report generation, BIRD enables both business users and analysts equally well to derive insights from a single platform.

The Inside Sales Representative will conduct research to identify leads and enrich lead information, work with lead generation tools and reach business targets through email, telephone or social media channels. We are looking for someone who is passionate and can actively participate in identifying innovative ways of outbound lead generation, targeting leads, generating inbound leads and helping with content generation.

Responsibilities

  • Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold emails or calls and inbound follow-ups
  • Enriching lead information through research
  • Basic qualification of the lead and routing the leads to the sales manager.
  • Does email campaigns, keep track of key metrics and manage basic CRM
  • Identify the keywords that leads might be interested in and help with messaging

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as Inside sales executive
  • MBA is preferred
  • Knowledge in multiple SAAS products for lead generation and CRM
  • Should have experience in software product industry
  • Preferred if you have some experience in identifying keywords and helped with content generation
